Following my previous articles “Introduction to the Ethereum blockchain” and “Smart contracts: the brain of Dapps”, in which I introduced Ethereum from a high level point of view, we’ll start to get…
I am not a professional writer. I wrote documentation as a Computer Programmer, but that doesn’t count as experience writing articles and stories for a platform like Medium.
I do not write about “Make $6,543.33 writing Medium” articles. (Do odd numbers make it real?) My posts about writing are about how to use your computer to write faster and better in a generic sense, not just about Medium. See a list of posts here.
I also write about my experiences in a 40+ year career as a software developer. I occasionally write generic stories and a few humor articles. (Well, I think they are humorous.)
The point of my writing is it is not specific to Medium but can benefit others outside of Medium. One of my posts actually ended up on Page 1 of Google Search.

The following are just “regular” posts that make a little money but illustrate the argument for external reads.
A Trick To Use With Your Password Manager For A Little More Security
My internal views are just 10% of the total views with 90% being external views. Now again, this post was an average to low earnings, but payment for external views would have made a difference.
A History of a 30+ Year Programming Career
Another average earning article, but could I have doubled the earnings if there was compensation for external views?
