Free yourself from the chains of CONDITIONAL this and that.

The moment I knew that I wanted to write lyrics, I felt excited. It was a strong feeling in my heart that I just simply couldn’t ignore. Would anyone ever sing my songs? I have no idea. Maybe you will sing them. But all that mattered was that I wrote the songs that rushed through my heart. The same way the stories for my novels embrace me and do not let go until I write the entire story. It’s just the way it is. No other fantastic explanation.

I once believed that there had to be an explanation for everything. I believed that the explanation provided justification for whatever it was that I was trying to explain, or defend myself, or excuse myself or whatever. Then I learned through examining my life that I didn’t have to explain anything to anyone. As long as I was ok with myself, then that’s all that mattered. And this I know for sure. It’s a great sense of relief, of freedom, to know that you owe zero explanation for the decisions you make for your own life. And don’t take this as an excuse for causing harm to any living being — human or animal — you know that’s not what I’m talking about.

In light of one’s awakening moment, of being aligned with one’s own soul, in vibrating with what I truly desire in life…staying on that path of least resistance…and I can thank Ester Hicks for these great lessons — Thank you Ester and Abraham — you can get on that train and have the ride of your life! Or not. You decide. That’s what’s amazing — you get to decide all of it. You get to decide every emotion that you give to any situation. Now that’s frickin’ cool!!!
