What If?

What if the sky never became light?

Or the love in my heart began to fade?

What if salt was no longer salty, or the sea did not produce waves?

These kinds of questions I ask myself because I see no end to our day.

How much has God blessed me?

From starters, he kept me alive when I lived in sin.

I stared death in the face time and time again, it could have been my end.

I have done things in my past that I cannot justify.

And yet my God still supplied.

He did indeed provide a way out of the hole I had dug.

He continued to show me love.

Now he shows me love through the eyes of you, and all that you do.

My love for you will never fade.

The sky will always become light at the start of the day.

And the sea will always produce waves.
